Shipping cost is calculated on a per order, per pound basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

Shipping timing you can see each order estimated arrival date on the checkout page after garment has been completed and last payment is being processed during checkout. You can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.

Orders may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for your order, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, Qlichēe is not held responsible. However All Packages requires a signature upon delivery.

You must file a claim with whichever shipping provider you selected. Account must be satisfied prior to shipping or this will delay the Shipping process.
